Josh Jones
Josh was born and raised in Coldwater Michigan where he lives with his wife and his four children. Josh has a degree in business management and accounting. He has a diverse background in mortgage banking, sales, home construction, and insurance. With his venture into joining the Farm Bureau team, he has been able to combine all his previous experience to best serve his customers. He is active in his community serving on boards of the Branch County Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, Co-Chair of the Branch County Community Foundation, an Affiliate member of the Branch County Association of Realtors, former Ambassador of the Coldwater Chamber of Commerce, and coached his children in AYSO soccer for 14 years.
Helen Ringman
Helen is our office manager. She has worked for the agency for the past 20 years and loves her job! She has come to know so many friendly faces over the years all by helping them with their insurance questions and needs. Scott and Anna Fair treat her like family and she says that is the reason it makes it easy to come to work every day.
Anna Fair
Anna has worked in the insurance industry for 21 years. She is happy to work alongside three other insurance professionals, serving clients. Anna would like to work with you on any of your insurance and financial needs.
Moxie Fair
Moxie Fair is a 9-year-old Australian Shephard. Scott and Anna Fair rescued her six years ago, she has come to the office ever since they adopted her. Moxie is a great example of how wonderful rescue dogs can be! She loves her treats, playing catch with her ball, greeting people as they come to the office, and belly rubs. She really dislikes the mail carrier! Moxie is the “Head of Security” at our office.
